Important Update: Cairns Road Closure

We have received feedback from the community regarding the closure of Cairns Road.
Due to circumstances beyond our control, the relocation of the water mains at the Cairns Road intersection requires a redesign. As a result, SEE Civil has reduced its on-site presence.
Until the revised design is approved, traffic will continue to operate on the southbound lanes.
Unfortunately, construction works cannot proceed until the design has been finalised and materials procured. To minimise the inconvenience of the full closure of Cairns Road, we are delaying the movement of traffic onto the newly constructed northern lanes until water main works can commence.
