Construction continues to progress well across the site, with several major milestones recently achieved and works advancing across all precincts.

Recently Completed

• The new water main along Brays Road has been successfully installed and connected to the live network.

• Tenancy slabs and foyer work within the Woolworths building are now complete.

• The suspended deck for the Medical Centre has been completed.

Construction Progress

Current works underway across the project include:

• Ongoing installation of internal services within the Woolworths building.

• Construction of the colonnade pavements.

• Civil works and in-ground services are progressing across all buildings.

• Preparation of car park pavements.

• Pad-mounted transformer installation works.

·         Roofing work continues on the dining building.

• Gas main installation progressing, subject to external authority approvals.

Wet Weather and Water Main Impacts

Recent periods of wet weather, together with unforeseen complications relating to the water main, have affected the roadworks program, resulting in delays to pavement, kerb, and associated civil works. To minimise the impact, the project team has adjusted construction sequencing where possible to maintain progress across other work areas. Roadworks will continue to be prioritised as weather conditions improve and water main works are resolved, with recovery measures being implemented to reduce the overall impact on the construction program. An updated roadworks program will be provided in due course as the revised sequencing, weather impacts, and water main works are assessed.
