Freshwater Hub - September Update

***PROJECT UPDATE***

We are pleased to advise that:

- Freshwater Park is now open to the public

- Freshwater Place has now sold out

- Temporary fencing will be placed around the site today in anticipation of the works commencing soon

We are still working through the tender submissions for Brays Road and Arcadia Drive roadworks, and Freshwater Village building site preparatory civil works and hoping to announce the successful tenderer in the next month or so.

As temporary fencing will be placed up, we are asking the community not to go beyond the fencing.

Regular drone photography has commenced around the site and as you can see there is progress. Freshwater Park is now open to the public and Freshwater Place is near complete. We will be capturing the progress of the construction of the road works and Freshwater Village as it happens.
